Schools for Environmental Conservation (SFEC)

What is Schools for Environmental Conservation (SFEC)?

SFEC is a program through the Deparment of Interior to work with middle and high schools on Saipan to raise awareness about issues facing our island environment.  It started in 2007 as the Environmental Teacher Camp and has since expanded to include students, allowing them to engage in educational and field activities.  SFEC is an opportunity to learn about and work on a project focusing on a specific environmental issue.
